your salary will be raised to £150 a year

on your completing six years' service

dating from your arrival in HongKong.

You will be provided with free

furnished quarters and attendance in a

building attached to the Civil Hospital

and fat will be subject to the supervision

of the Superintendent and Matron of that

Hospital and to such rules as the Government

may from time to time prescribe.

Uniform,

laundry, fuel and light will be provided.

You may be employed in any of the hospitals

of the Colony, and you will be liable to be

called upon to undertake private nursing if

occasion requires.
